The first home matches of the season was played indoors, because the old grass on Aspmyra was dugged up and replaced by a synthetic pitch. This work could only be done at above 0 degrees centigrade, so it could not be finished before start of season.

The man on the horse is Trond Sollied, the knight, the returning hero, who brought the team back to the top league. He made sure the team won it's department of the 2nd level league in 1992, and then went on to take the team into silver medal place in the league and winning the cup.

The lyrics are something like (first verse and chorus)

Sleeping beauty slept for many years
time passed, and healed old wounds
and then the prince returned
Sollied ... ehr ... storma fræm, anyone?
and he gave her a kiss
now we're ready for "a shower of medals"
Bodø/Glimt, Bodø/Glimt, we're good as never before
the super team of entire Norway is Bodø/Glimt

The background for these lyrics is the period between the first time the club was relegated from the top league, in 1980. Then a few years was spent in lower leagues, until they, as I said, returned and started winning. I'm not entirely sure, but I do believe that the player that is kissed is Runar Berg. Trond Sollied is currently head coach/manager at Champions League side Olympiakos.

As you also hear, one of the main supporter themes for the club is the main theme (I think?) for the musical "Jesus Christ, Superstar". Regarding the shots taken at the person in the chair and soforth I guess it's just a lack of inspiration. Just to fill in the time, you might say.
