We lost 2-1 away against FK Haugesund yesterday. Thiago Martins scored our goal in our first defeat of the season. Coming up now are two very very important games at home against Molde and Bryne away. I still consider Molde as one of our biggest rivals for prmotion although they have had a disapointing start to the season. Yesterday they lost 2-0 at home against Kongsvinger.

We lost 2-1 at home against Molde on Thursday. Not good. Two goals against before eight minutes passed, the first within the first minute. Nigh on unforgivable lapses of concentration in our defence. So it was an awful first half and a better second half, even though we had to settle with the one goal, we had chances that would have given us at least one point with some better precision. Now we anxiously await the away game against Bryne ...

Since you were last here, we've lost two and won one in the league and just barely made it to the next stage of the cup. Won 2-0 away at Bryne last Sunday, a great result, the cup win was 3-1 away against Lofoten after extra time on wednesday. Not quite as confident a winning side as before, but the win against Bryne was convincing. At the moment second in the league, one point after HamKam who at just this moment have 1-1 against the team in 4th position. If this lasts the entire game, we'll be two points behind with one game in hand, home against Raufoss tomorrow!

Glimt won 5-0 over Raufoss last sunday. They are now on top of the adeccoliga tie with Molde, but with a lot better goaldifference. Tomorrow glimt will play away against Løv Ham in bergen. It's a game that i think Glimt will win easy. By the way, Thiago Martins scored two goals in the game against Raufoss and now have 12 goals so far in the adeccoliga!

Glimt lost the game against Løv Ham 0-4. Terrible result that have made glimt lose its 1. place and have dropped down to 3. place. On sunday we will play against Sogndal hom on Aspmyra. It is a game that it's important that we win to hold on to the top of the adeccoliga.

Glimt won 2-0 against Sogndal yesterday. Runar Berg and Thiago Martins scored the goals. Erik Hoftun was rushed to the hospital after a collision with Roy Miller. He had no pulse and his heart stopped. But he got home today, he will get well soon.

In the collision with Miller he got Miller's knee into his chest and then fell back in a way that caused him to swallow his tongue. It was very dramatic, but fortunately the referee immediately realised how serious it was and stopped the play so that Hoftun could get treatment quickly from Glimt's physio. He will probably miss the next two matches, but it obviously could have been much worse.

Today we lost 2-3 to Odd Grenland in a training match. Odd Grenland plays in the top division. Erik Hoftun played again today after the terrible incident against Sogndal. But our left back Ruben Imingen broke his ankle after a stupid tackle from Odd Grenland-player Morten Fevang. Mounir Hamoud and Trond Olsen scored our goals today. Thiago did not play because of an injury...

That's the way it's done here in Norway.. The holiday isn't quite long enough for travelling abroad, and decent opposition is hard to find, except for in the two top divisions.

That's pretty ... I don't know what to call it. The irony really is striking. It's really close to being really weird...

Maybe it's about time to write something here. We should at least point out that high-flyers HamKam were slain 6-1 at Aspmyra last Saturday. Recently loan-signed swede Olof Hvidén-Watson scored two in his debut. Everyone on our side is happy about the result since a defeat would mean we would be lagging in competition of a direct promotion spot. Especially pleasing was the win, since a week earlier we came back from 0-3 to gain one point against bottom side Mandalskameratene. They increased their points total by 20% in that match ...

Does losing 0-1 away to Skeid 1-1 at home against Kongsvinger seem like a mid-season slump to you? It does to me. Sad to say that the mood isn't all that good among some of us. Now we're way behind the places for direct promotion, and six points in the lead for the play-off position, in stead of eleven ...

We hold the 3rd place. That lead us in to a qualification match, but we still hope and have the chance to direct promotion. Just 5 points behind number 2. So cross your fingers down under. 8)
